As an artist and working mother, my work explores the unseen weight of the mental load carried by women balancing career and family. The moving elements in the video reflect the endless layering of tasks; both the visible chores and the invisible planning, anticipating, and remembering that often go unnoticed. This accumulation of responsibilities creates a quiet but relentless pressure, where overwhelm becomes part of daily life. Through my video, I aim to honor the resilience of mothers who hold so much together, while also giving form to the exhaustion and tenderness within that balance.
